When having a question, an issue or a suggestion related to LigaUltras, you are always welcome to submit a Ticket to the Admin team, via the Contact form on the bottom of the LigaUltras page;.
Use of the Contact form:

A Ticket through the Contact form is the only official way of communication between the Community and the Admin team;

Before submitting a Ticket, check whether your question wasn’t already answered in our FAQ area!

The Ticket must include your correct LigaUltras username, when filling in the Contact form. This will allow us individuate and assist you as fast as possible;

Respect the Admin team’s effort in trying to help every Player, by sending one single Ticket per request. Do not encourage your teammates to send multiple Tickets, as it will only increase the response time.

We're doing our best to respond each ticket in 1, maximum 2, working days, but in certain times the amount of tickets might increase and the response time might be longer. We thank you for your patience while we try to assist your request as good as possible.
Rules on submitting a Ticket on multiple accounts:

Keep in mind that you yourself will be verified for multiple accounts, when submitting a ticket with your suspicions;

Please include from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 10 user ID’s per ticket;

Keep in mind that not all accounts reported are found to be multiple accounts;

Do not report a Club ID, but only the user ID’s that you suspect of being multiple accounts;

Every report needs to be investigated, therefore allow us some time to do so; Insisting on banning immediately an account you suspect of being multiple might simply increase our response time;
